Amakhala

Spacious English cottage, nice free garden with pool and a beautiful view from terras on mountains. 5 min drive from center with lot of galeries and good restaurants. No to forget a superhost who can tell you much about Montagu and will make reservations for her quests!

Outside seating and scenery. The kitchen had all we needed. The hostess was very welcoming and friendly, she went the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable, she also promoted local business and activities which we really enjoyed.

The bed in one of the rooms wasn't as comfortable as it could have been. It was a bit hard.The other rooms were good.

This is a wonderful house with easy walking distance to the village of Montagu as well as the surrounding mountainside. We had a warm welcome from the host who helped us with planning different activities for our stay. The pool was well maintained and was well positioned close to the house. I recommend Amakhala and would not hesitate to return!

I loved everything about the place and Kate the host is a absolutely amazing person made us feel at home away from home❤️

Cate was a wonderful host on arrival she welcomed us with fruit, treats and a bottle of wine which you don't usually get at holiday houses. Our stay was fabulous it felt like home the entire home was clean and tidy the wifi was great and all of us where connected which kept our kids occupied during the wet weather.The outdoors looks amazing and looking forward to some hot weather in order to enjoy the pool on our next stay at amakhala.

Nothing, everything was spot on shops are nearby, Amakhala is a gem and value for your money. Cate has done a great job for making our weekend unforgettable we have great memories special thanks Amakhala.
