Very beautiful / authentic design & located in a very good part of Toledo ! (Close to parking/restaurants).

Hubby found it difficult to get tv going. No instructions

A beautiful property from a decorative perspective. Large space with a lot of room to settle in. You walk in and can see the effort put into this, and understand the accolades it has received. Great instructions sent through that explained everything around the area, and the property itself. Quite close to the car park, so it was quite easy to get bags to - no big hills to drag them up. Great people to deal with and super responsive.

Like many places that look superb, living there can be a bit more challenging. A bit of a problem getting through the smart lock - but very quickly resolved by the host. No milk for a coffee or tea when you arrive, or basic supplies - and the nearest shop is a bit if a walk up and down - depending on the time you go out whether they are open or closed. Some things looked great, but blocked things - like the arm chair in the bedroom. But a beautiful place!

Location was good because no sound around. The apartment its very confortable in space.

Need more and better towels. Also, add at least two pillows for each guest. And for people extremely alllergic like me, pay attention to clean the details.

Super comfortable mattress. Very clean apartment. Good care taken of every detail, with all possible amenities provided. Great value for money for an entire and very central loft apartment. Spacious open-plan living room and kitchen. Overall beautifully-designed reflection of 3 co-existing cultures that define the city of Toledo.

From a practical perspective alone, the lighting in the bathroom is somewhat scarce and the bedroom could benefit from space/bench to place the luggage.
