The premises is ok but a bit worn. A TV would meet the common standard.

Not much. Location ok but a scuzzy part of town.

No TV. Poor decor. Crappy outside area.

This home is “Kiwi As”. The charm of early 20th Century New Zealand! The home has an authentic period kitchen and bedroom and in the garden a rotary clothesline. The homeowner is a good communicator.

You probably need a vehicle to stay here.

Not expensive. Comfy bed. Orange tree out the back.

It could have done with more basics in the kitchen, like glad wrap. The shower was an experience! Fly-screens on windows would be good.

Really handy and quiet location, nice to be able to park the car off the road. Roomy, well equipped kitchen, lovely sitting room looking over the garden, and even a deck to relax on. Had everything we needed for a weekend away.

The shower was not ideal - immaculately clean but cramped, with an old style mixer that was temperamental.

Location was ok and traffic noise not too bad. Everything required was available.

Only one plug for both kitchen sink and bathroom basin.

The stay was perfect. The place had everything we needed, and we had great communication from the owner. We were in town for a boxing tournament, and our location was perfect as the event was only 4 minutes' drive away. Nice and tidy to.

There was no TV, a small TV with a cast option would have been nice
