Casa do Escudeiro

The apartment is wonderful, spacious, tastefully decorated. The room has everything you need. The location is excellent. The beds are very comfortable. You have a bathroom in the bedroom area and a toilet on the ground floor. A charming terrace where you can drink your morning coffee. All recommendations if you want to visit Evora, a charming city with many layers of history and stories from ancient times.

Location is excellent and there is free parking lot 300 m away. They prepared baby cot in a very lovely way.

Clean, spacious, big rooms, quiet road just behind main square . They have been very helpful with sharing taxi’s numbers, flexible with check in and check out times and great with communication. I would definitely go back and recommend

Casa do Escudeiro was a great place to stay for a visit to Evora. Within the historic area, only a short walk to the central square.

A gem of a property in a lovely quiet location. The house had everything you needed, very well equipped kitchen. Nice lounge area to relax and all room had air conditioning. We were met on our arrival to be given the key, all communications with the owner were great! Very quick to respond. The area itself is quiet but there are several bars and local restaurants within easy walking distance. We would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We needed to stay longer!

This is a very comfortable apartment in the old section of Évora. It has been remodeled inside and is very comfortable. The host met us right on time and was very welcoming. The whole place was very clean, and the location is perfect. Would highly recommend and will stay here next time I visit Évora. We were able to park just outside the walls in a free parking lot. It was very convenient.

I can't think of a single thing that I would change.

Convenient, quiet location with lots of space. We were able to find parking on a square just up the street. Property was well equipped including laundry detergent, and filters and coffee for the coffee maker. Beds were fine. Shower was great.

It is looking a little run down. Kitchen cupboards and drawers lacked pulls and were awkward to open. We couldn’t use the little courtyard because of mosquitoes - may just be the time of year.
