AVA BEACH HOUSE

the owners came personally, they were very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. they provided hints and tips and messaged me when roads were going to be shut due to a local sporting event. there was written instructions regarding every aspect of the property. definitely recommend. the house itself was clean and very well equipped and fantastic location being less than a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and a 7 minute walk to a wonderful local and friendly restaurant

Spacious, comfortable, walking distance 5-10 min to the beach, close to the airport, very helpful hosts. The beaches are great and it is one of the best areas for snorkelling in Mairitius accessible from the beach!.

There is no view from the apparent, closest neighbourhood is not very attractive. There was a strange smell in the apartment (humidity) - it was winter when we stayed there. Water pumps are sometimes noisy.

Less than 5mins walk to the public beach.The house has everything you need for a self catering accomodation.Ideal for a big family or friend group.Helpful host.It was nice and sunny throughout.

Blue bay beach is small compared to some other beaches but marine park make it unique and only 1 small shop.

Nice,clean, well equiped house. Located in a quiet street like 5 mins walk from Beach. Nice host.Terrace with sun lounger.

Had to leave earlier than planned.

Nice 3 bedroom house with a terasse on 2nd floor and a nice area on ground floor for breakfast etc .At night the sound of the waves can be heard and in the morning the birds chirping makes it very soothing.All necessary amenities available in the house.Close to the wonderful Blue bay beach /marine park (3 to 5 mins)which can be seen from the 2nd floor terasse.

There was no availability for extending the stay

it’s perfect for a family vacation… we traveled as a couple so it was a bit to large for us (but totally fine)

the walk to the beach could be a bit closer. but all in all the location was good.

No need to drive as it's very close to beach and restaurants. Kevin and Anjy are fantastic hosts. Lovely kitchen and very comfy beds. Upstairs verandah wonderful for sundowners also stayed at Kris Angel beachapartment penthouse in flic en Flac. It's just as lovely

Just a couple of minutes away from the beach, this house has all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, lots of space, two bathrooms, a terrace upstairs that gets the afternoon sun... Anjy and Kevin are excellent hosts, very kind and attentive. I would absolutely recommend their Blue Bay house, as well as their apartments in Flic en Flac.
