Good location, 10 mins from Newquay, one parking spot available. Very well equipped and the host left us milk which made our day after a long drive on a Friday night. Thank you

"Gorgeous stay near Newquay"

The property was exceptionally clean throughout, modern, and well equipped. Emma had thoughtfully left us milk and a bottle of Prosecco. Communication from Emma was great. We had a lovely stay and would definitely choose this property again when in Cornwall! Lovely walk just down the lane too.

"Homely and comfy stay"

The property was really clean, beautifully decorated, and had a genuinely homely feel throughout. Emma was great with communication and had clearly put a lot of thought into the little details — the welcome book was especially helpful, with recommendations for places to visit, along with local restaurants, supermarkets, and takeaways. It was also a nice touch having all the operating manuals for the equipment readily available, which made everything really easy to use. We’ll definitely be staying again next time we’re down — couldn’t recommend it enough.
