"Incredible location and perfect place to go with a large group of friends to enjoy Newquay!"

Location was incredible and parking was good. House was spacious, clean and had all the facilities we needed. Plenty of bathrooms as there were 9 of us all together. plenty of indoor and outdoor room to store things, and the downstairs wet room/utility room was perfect to dry wetsuits and swimsuits after a day at the beach. Nice outdoor space and indoor space also had a large table so the property is great for accomodating large groups.

The house was so good for what we wanted it for, however there was a few things that may be worth mentioning: Some of the group found the beds uncomfortable, in particular the small double bedroom. There was also noise coming from bars and clubs into the early hours of the morning keeping some of the group awake at night, however I feel this is the price you pay for such a good location!
