"Exceptional"

I was travelling with my Mum and we really loved this place! It was a good starting point for exploring Cornwall but we did that less than we planned because we enjoyed the house and the paths across the cliffs starting right at our doorstep. The two bedrooms were both very comfortable and I slept better than at home. One of the bedrooms has a really lovely view of the sea. We loved having breakfast in front of the large window downstairs and just looking at the sea in the distance. We felt that the landlord was very friendly and seemed to change things that had been mentioned in old reviews, like providing extra blankets and immediately adjusting the heating when the weather turned cold. We would love to return at some point and would definitely recommend staying at this place.

"The Surview Beach Holiday"

The property was clean and on a quiet location. The scenery was absolutely amazing, with a large communal garden area located at the rear of the property.

It's essential that you hire a car, although the nearest beach is approximately 20 mins away , the public transport is limited.

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with Richard was quick and always helpful. The location of the apartment is unbeatable, with fantastic views of Fistral Beach. The terrace leads directly to the pool, which we and the children loved. Nothing was missing in the apartment, the washing machine was great for us as a family.

Beautiful location overlooking Fistral Beach

The uneven shortcut path down to the beach was not really a path and quite unsafe. The alternative route was quiet a steep hill.

Quiet and well kept grounds. The pool was literally a two minute walk, and was visible from the property. Beautifully clean and cared for. The house was just as it said: very clean and well equipped, comfortable beds with good quality linen and some beautiful views of the sea. Our hosts left the essentials needed on arrival with the bonus of scones, jam and clotted cream.

"Fabulous holiday in a clean and comfortable home."

The house was beautifully clean and very well appointed, the beds were super comfy, the swimming pool was very clean and quiet. The views across Fistral Beach were really gorgeous and having a dedicated parking spot was so helpful.

Couldn’t get the oven to work. We enjoyed our walks into town but it’s a bit of a slog back up the hill!!
