Fantastic 3BR Close to Botanical Gardens and Airport

Good impression when I first walked in.

No issues about the property.

House was too small ; and the airplane”s noise was very annoying..

Great location close to local attractions, furnished with kitchen supplies and toiletries.

Not a problem with the property itself - but it is very close to the airport so there is noise from planes taking off and landing. But it’s not a huge disturbance and after a little while becomes hardly noticeable.

It was a great location for our needs. The noisy airplanes were a little loud at first but by day 2 no problems at all

There were very minor issues with a clogged drain in the shower and the water heater not working. Cleaned the drain and relight the pilot on the water heater and everything was fine. The hot water heater was making some concerning noises but it’s not mine to fix completely

Any questions was answered promptly and efficiently. There was everything near by. Love there was 3 separate bed rooms . There was streaming service in all the rooms

Drive way was craked and held water when it rains. The trash can had a million flys and larva so that made it hard to take the trash out on our week stay. And the floor could use a good scrub. But the place is nice!

It was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood.

The house had a slight odor when we entered, the drain in the tub was clogged and the back storm door would not unlock once locked.
