The response from the staff was rapid and it was quiet.

The cooking utensils may need to be replaced and extra pillows would be better.

The location isnt the best as it is a 7 minute bus ride from niigata station but it was doable

You get the whole apartment and there are plenty of different rooms available. The garage is small but in the end it is fairly easy to park into. The closest gas station is nearby for easy refueling. The location is good for reaching both the beach and the city center.

The check-in process is difficult in low light conditions as you need to use a broken tablet to scan passports and take photos. The initial bed setup did not suit for four friends as there was one double bed and two single beds but luckily it was possible to arrange an extra blanket for an additional bed fairly easy.

Everything was very clean. Cutlery, plates, bowls, mug, glasses all good

A bit difficult to find, it didn’t help that Google pointed us to the wrong street. We had to call the host and explained our situation. Host was very kind and patient to point us to the correct location.

Comfortable house with lots of sleeping places. All appliances needed for a short or long stay. Modern bathroom. Clean and brand-new. Our big family - 6 people enjoyed to stay in this facility and will book it again when visit Niigata next time.

The parking place is too small, suitable for mini-sized car. But there are many cheap parking around, so it is not a problem.

We had the entire apartment to ourselves, spacious rooms and 2 toilets. The place was easy to find as well and they provided parking space, albeit it was very small so do check with host whether your car can fit, it was a tight squeeze for us and we drove a Sienta. Host provided toiletries and towels for showering, and very responsive when we couldnt find the wifi password. All in all a good stay :)

Quiet neighbourhood, with a garage to park the car. There was a tub that can be heated for the cold winter. Washing machine worked as a dryer too which saves us the hassle. The 2nd floor living room could be used to dry clothes too.

The check in process was a little troublesome. We had to fill in lots of details on an online form. Even during collection of key, we had to scan our passport again at the door. However, whole process took 10-15 mins. Just be prepared to cater time for it.
