"Lenyűgöző Panoráma"

Életem egyik legszebb nyaralása volt családommal Njivicén ebben a villában. Minden elképzelésemet felűlmúlta a táj szépsége, a kilátás a tenger tisztasága és a közelsége. Mi 4 en voltunk a házban rendkívűl komfortos volt és a nagy terasz a mindennapos étkezések , beszélgetések lazulások fő színhelye volt. Sikerült az éves fáradalmakat itt kipihenni ezen az elképesztő csodás helyszínen. Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek aki töltődésre vágyik. Külön emelném ki a vendégszeretetet a fogadtatást a tulajdonos részéről valamint Branka és Marina támogató segítő munkáját. Minden zökkenőmentes volt. Bármikor visszatérnék ide erre a helyre. A közelben van egy kisbolt és étterem is. Jónak találtam ,hogy külön garázsunk is volt. Egyszóval PERFEKT!

We were lucky to be able to return again. We truly love this house and Nivice. It’s a place of relaxation and recovery. Everything is here for a comfortable stay, for recharging our energy, and restoring inner harmony and balance. We feel at home here and take care of the place with pleasure — this time we even fixed a few things. We will definitely come back next year.

It was great time in beautiful place. Branka give to us keys, welcome gift and many informations about Villa and neighbourhood. Apartament is very good equipment. It is good base place to go sightseeing.

Our stay at this private villa was nothing short of extraordinary. The house itself is incredibly cozy and beautifully designed, with two spacious floors and a breathtaking terrace that offers a magical view of the sea and Herceg Novi across the bay—especially stunning at night. The peacefulness of the location was a welcome escape, with no crowds of tourists and serene beaches with just a few people. The crystal-clear waters of the sea provided an unforgettable experience, allowing us to observe the Adriatic fish while snorkeling. We are absolutely captivated by this enchanting place and can't wait to return.

The main advantage is the view from the window and parking.

The apartments are very old. I felt like I had gone back in time 20 years. The towels are in very poor condition, old, stiff, torn and with a bad smell. The bedding is also very old. The whole house smells of mold and the bathroom shower is covered in mold.
