"Great place to stay for a week as a base for exploring the Midlands and parts of Wales."

Perfect location near to the centre of town but also secluded and quiet with off road parking. A stones throw from pubs, bars, a brewery with tap house and cafés on the waterfront all within a few minutes walk from the cottage. Two very nice comfortable double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms equipped with a fantastic shower. The owners are very nice people who live next door and provided lots of very helpful information throughout our 6 day stay and allowed my friend and I to park our motorbikes in their car port to keep them dry. The cake and a pint of milk we found waiting for us on arrival was a lovely touch. My self and a friend based ourselves here to tour on motorcycles and intend on returning with our wives to repeat the experience sometime soon.

We stayed 3 nights end of July. Rich let us with a great hello. The property is so clean, comfortable with everything you needed to make your stay very enjoyable. 2 magnificent bedrooms with modern showerooms. Laundry facilities fully available, with modern Wi-Fi and television. Excellent refrigeration and cooking facilities. Would highly recommend this home without any hesitation.

"A little gem!"

The cottage was in a great location next to the river, park and high street... with a free parking space too. Everything was immaculate. Very comfortable. Superb showers and beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Richard, the host on hand to welcome us and answer any questions.

Nothing not to like!

The location of Corner Cottage is excellent. It sits in the corner of a quiet courtyard within a short walking distance of the river, shops and amenities. Having its own private parking space is a bonus.

The only thing we found difficult initially was that you can’t control the heating inside the property, but we informed the owner and he adjusted the settings.
