Location was excellent. House was very clean. Amazing facility.

Nothing.. everything was excellent.

Not far from town. Lots of board games, books and pantry staples. Heat pump and wood burner fire made the lounge area super warm. Quiet and open space. Surrounded by rolling greens and friendly cows.

I’m sorry. Heater in the master bedroom didn’t work so it was freezing. The water in the spa pool was murky and smelly which was a real shame cos I was looking forward to soaking in it after a long day. The oven trays were greasy and one of them had a burnt baking paper stuck on. Bedroom next to the master had a faulty light.

Very nice, well appointed property. Great location only a short distance from the mountain. Spa pool was lovely to relax in looking out over farm land towards the snow covered peaks. Very enjoyable stay.

Such a lovely home, the spa was fantastic and the house has everything you need.

If you don't want to drive, you can walk into the township but note that there were no taxis or ubers and it was a fair distance home in the dark in the rain. The bar said there normally is a taxi when the ski season starts though.

View of mountain was great from spa and lounge. Very comfortable, well set up home. Really good information booklet.

Fire was hard to keep going. Only just enough hot water for 4 adults to shower.

Fantastic place with everything you would ever need AND they were able to host our wee dog with a perfect set up of cat door to an outside run. Stunning views of Ruapehu and an easy walk to town either by road or a little bush walk. Felt like a home away from home - thank you
