La ubicación, muy centrico. La casa esta muy chula, cuidada, limpia, buena presión de agua en la ducha, hay aparcamiento gratis al lado..hay una pequeña plazoleta donde se aparca bien.

Las ventanas no tienen persianas en condiciones o una cortina para evitar la luz mañanera. En el momento que sale el sol...pues ya te despiertas. No me gusta.
