The Hideaway - a charming, unique retreat in Long Ashton, Bristol

Very unique retreat , cosy yet spacious , lovely hosts , great neighbours as seen in photos below!

Perfect location for visiting family in the village. The property was unique and perfectly fitted out with everything we needed. The garden was beautiful plenty of seating both in the sun and shade. The hosts made us so welcome, very friendly and chatty, and very generous in allowing 2 adult family members to join us in their garden.

Lovely place enjoyed my 4 days there. Nice cosy place easy to get about to other areas..deffo come back .

Fridge is very small no long mirror.

Lovely garden with morning and evening sun. Set back from the road it was peaceful and quiet. Comfy and with great connection to Bristol

Shower screen seemed too small so we got water on the floor.

The owner Jane was lovely and so helpful. Really liked the garden area where we could sit out and have breakfast, saw a woodpecker and a Jay in the garden. The cottage was quirky, spacious and well equipped with a superb shower. Buses to Bristol from just up the road, really good Chinese takeaway 5 mins walk away. Would definitely recommend this property

A gorgeous building, so peaceful, beautifully decorated. Bus stop into Bristol almost out the door. Shops, pub and takeaways within walking distance. We had one foul weather day during our stay but found plenty to do indoors with the television, a puzzle and playing cards provided.

Parking was a bit of a problem due to a couple of skips taking the spaces.
