Didn’t use the back garden as was not as expected
GBLocation is good, it's a short walk to the harbour and to the high street. Having an outside sitting space was great, especially as the weather was good and the house is south facing, so was a sun trap.
It mentioned free parking but in reality there is none close by (a few spaces on a street close by were always taken) so we paid £30 to use the long stay carpark for the three nights.

GBThe cottage was so quaint and perfect for our break. We would definitely recommend it to friends.
We loved that we had to park the car a long way from the cottage. It meant we stayed in Brixham the whole time and walked everywhere. However, loading and unloading was quite tricky especially as it was pouring with rain both times. I feel it should be a bit clearer that parking really isn’t an option near by. Had we know, we would have packed much lighter.

GBIt was a quaint cottage near the Brixham facilities and it was a quick walk into town and near the local park where we walked our dog. The cottage was very nicely presented and we enjoyed our stay
The cottage was next to the church which has a clock that strikes every quarter of an hour during the day. It is also at the top of steep steps which may not be easy for people with mobility problems
