The hosts were absolutely fantastic, they accommodated us staying for an extra night when we got date wrong. The accommodation was well presented and clean on arrival, also very spacious for a caravan. Good location and a beautiful costal walk behind the caravan!

Outdoor area looks different to the pictures but still functional

Weather was beautiful during our stay, and the Sunspot was certainly that; a sun spot! Ideal location for us. Everywhere a short 15 mins drive away. Even if we didn't want to drive, there is a bus that operates and picks up and drops off at the park main entrance. Nice little touches such as a welcome card and tea coffee and biscuits was a lovely touch. Kids slept lovely and was really cosy. Definitely booking Sunspot for next years UK holiday.

The caravan was very clean, and the location is excellent for exploring Brixham and visiting National Trust properties etc. The owners were extremely helpful with everything and collecting the keys was very easy. The holiday park was quiet and we were not disturbed at all.

Susan and Sean gave us a lot of helpful information, supplied us with bottled water and allowed my daughter's dog to stay as well. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Very comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again.

Clean and comfortable. Welcome pack was nice

The caravan owners were fantastic, really helpful and friendly, sorted out any problems promptly. The caravan was clean, comfortable and was well equipped with everything we needed. The location is beautiful, the coastal path has spectacular views and the short walk into Brixham itself is easy, we did get a taxi back which cost just over £5. The park itself is clean, quite, well maintained and has a good club house with a well stocked bar and decent menu if you don't fancy cooking. Definitely worth a visit.

What a lovely caravan. The welcome pack of the biscuits tea and coffee was very nice. A very clean caravan. In a great area for coastal walks. Great communication with the host. Would highly recommend.

The patio furniture was not as described and the patio slabs were sunken and unlevel The steps to the caravan were balanced on a small stone Very noisy neighbours playing loud music most of the time I was there
