Beautiful place to stay.

It does not have air conditioning but cope ok with fans

Super Lage mit einem Garagenparkplatz mitten in der Stadt von wo alles zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Das Haus hat viel Platz, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und eine Waschmaschine (kein Trockner!) ist vorhanden.

Es ist ein spezielles Haus mit vielen Büchern und es hat einige Stufen. Nichts kritisches, man sollte es sich nur bewusst sein. Wir fanden es beeindruckend.

Eine einzigartige und defintiv eine der außergewöhnlichsten Wohnungen, die ich bislang gemietet habe. Mitten in Orvieto gelegen mit einem eigenen Parkplatz, der Gold wert ist! Die Wohnung ist riesengroß und toll aufgebaut (auch befreundete Paar können gut darin wohnen und sich bei Bedarf sogar aus dem Weg gehen). Sie ist mit den vielen Büchern sehr gemütlich und verfügt über alles, was man für einen langen Aufenthalt braucht. Obwohl die Wohnung so zentral ist und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig liegen, ist sie absolut ruhig. Orvieto ist überraschend touristisch, aber hat dadurch auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant-Angebot. Ich habe die Zeit in dem Apartment sehr genossen und komme gerne wieder!

Es war wirklich alles gut. Für mich als Einzelgast war die Küche groß genug, bei voller Belegung der Wohnung könnte sie etwas klein sein. Aber wie gesagt: mir hat es gefallen.

A very comfortable, spacious apartment in an excellent location. We stayed 12 days and really enjoyed every minute. Also a very helpful host.

我们很喜欢这间民宿，给五星好评。在悬崖小镇里，装修非常独特的民宿 ，从客厅到卧室到处都摆满了图书，虽然我们也没看书但感觉很有氛围。离教堂很近，房东回复及时，可以免费停车，但比较考验车技。这房子是两家打通的，两家人各住一侧互不打扰。床、枕、被子都挺干净、舒适，可以满足好睡眠的需要，老房子中满墙图书的氛围另人耳目一新，喜欢！但这里毕竟是老房子改造，主卫生间离床太近，卫生间和淋浴房都比较小，另外，夜晚整点教堂钟会响。睡眠轻的人可能会被吵醒吧。

Our stay at this Book&Bed in Orvieto was absolutely wonderful-truly exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the town while still feeling peaceful and charming. The room was beautifully kept, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy and memorable atmosphere. What really made the experience exceptional was the host-warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive to every detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. This was one of those stays that elevates the entire trip. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Orvieto.
