Cheerful 3 bedroom house with off street parking

Is big very neat, everything is available to you and is close to everywhere we wanted to go.

Location was great with a good sized property. Heating worked well. Laundry facilities were good as well.

Upon entry we were met with the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke, windows were open and a candle was burning on the kitchen counter. There were broken curtain rods, burnt out light bulbs, no streaming services (as listed), only three kitchen chairs for a family of 5. Minimal kitchen supplies, some dirty dishes (cheese grater with cheese still on it in the cupboard and glasses with lip marks), drawers and cupboards of random useless items, no dishwasher tablets, not enough towels, broken furniture, tired and unappealing bedding (including a coverless duvet) just to name a few. Luckily we had friends to visit locally and were able to spend the majority of the day and evening out of the house. We headed out the morning after out first night and were met by the neighbour who was also the property owner, it was a slightly uncomfortable exchange where we discussed our concerns and he acted surprised at our comments. He did bring over dish tablets, more towels and a bottle of Hugo Boss we could spray to help with the smell (we didn't take the cologne). The decor is dated but that is not the issue. It is a good sized property that a deep clean and small investment at Ikea or similar for furniture, bedding and kitchen supplies would massively improve. We would not recommend staying at this property until improvements have been made as it is nowhere near up to standard.

Large spacious bungalow in a good location with off street parking, good heating, laundry and comfortable lounge.

Could do with a couple more pots and pans, cutlery etc.

Loved the location .. lovely spacious home for groups of friends/family .. all had our own space and the benefit of a large garden Very clean .. could be improved with finishing touches. Feels a little unloved in places and a bit dated .. knobs off on kitchen cupboards , no seats in the bedroom to apply make up , dry hair etc and random bits of furniture in rooms with no purpose. Elderly father had a minor accident with a broken chair but no injury On the whole a comfortable stay as the beds were comfortable and the shower good .. a few homely touches would improve the general feel of the home but would stay again

Spacious bungalow, great location, excellent walk-in shower, good wifi. Country park just up the road. Good off street parking.

Bit scruffy with curtains hanging off and the lawns not mown. No teaspoons and few glasses. Kitchen equipment minimal.
