We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is spacious and clean and has everything you need. You can have a BBQ and there is a cute little terrace to lie in the sun. It is right by the sea - a quiet area away from the bars and crowds further down the beach. We would definitely rent the place again.

- The staff who managed checking in / out for us is very efficient, polite and helpful. - The house is fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering. - Handy location for food, coffee and beach. 20-25 mins walk (5 mins with local buses on Petchkasem road) to town centre. - Internet speed and the TV system is so great! - The Baguette cafe is only 8 mins walk away. It is a lovely/good value place that serve breakfast and tasty bakery.

Nothing to complain about the property but more the surrounding notes. - The stairs which is the public access to the beach on the lane is a bit ruined so might be difficult for the elderly to go down (however you have option to go down through the next lane public access (where Dune hotel is) which is only 1 min away) - We were a bit unlucky that we came just after Monsoon season so the sea water is a bit muddy or not good enough for swimming but would be a great spot in summer time.
