The neighbors were talking loudly by phone almost every night until late nights

The bed was comfy, the owner provided me with some things on request before I came, and the location was good. The price is very fair for a booking rental in this location.

Unfortunately, the apartment was unusable due to dirt and broken amenities (gate, toilet, shower drainage, mould, old kitchen tools) and neighbours noise at night and during the day. I had to use the toilet at a cafe and felt too grossed out to shower, couldn't sleep, would have to buy new kitchen tools. The photos don't reflect the actual state of the place. When I communicated it calmly and with the intention of solving it in a humane way, the owner threatened me with a lawsuit instead of fixing it. I think she might have misunderstood my intentions (she doesn't speak English fluently) but still, the experience and the amount of stress it gave me (I had to find another place quickly) deserves a bad review. The apartment has the potential to be nice, if the owner dedicates care and attention to it. Perhaps by the time you're reading this, it might already be fixed.

It is located in the center of Palermo and is very clean. The service team is in contact with you via WhatsApp. The price is very good for five days. I also strongly recommend the experience.

For the price you pay, you get everything you need :) Nice host, a clean place. The only thing to consider is the noise from outside, but that's something you can get used to.. typical Italy 😅 Close to the city center.

By far one of the best house guests I've ever stayed in. The place is small but enough for a week worth of holidays. The owners are fantastic and super friendly. We had a little issue with the key but they were available 24/7 and provided us with another key. Air-conditioning working on both rooms (dining room and bedroom). The only thing I missed was a corkscrew, but I just went to the neighbours and asked for a cavatappi and it worked :) Definitely recommend!

This is probably a general issue in the island, but the shower doesn't drain properly, but it's manageable if you don't keep the water running all the time during the shower, plus you also save water that way. After a couple of days we got used to it.
