"Christmas on the beach barn haven"

Location was amazing, the master bed was very comfortable, the pillows were a little bit of a let down. The mattress was excellent! Kitchen had everything you needed especially for Christmas cooking. Enjoyed the space this property had to offer, very clean and tidy with lots of amenities. Great balcony, large dining table! Views forever and lots to do locally, papamoa hills, far enough from the busy Mount that you felt peace and tranquility! Close enough it was a short drive to enjoy an outing. Kids had a blast at the beach!

It was hot, and with only 2 old school fans blowing air it was a bit uncomfortable at peak heat times, Definitely some aircon would have made this stay perfect ! A pillow upgrade or bring your own from home as they were budget pillows. All other amenities were great!

Very close to the beach and tidy. Very spacious.

Because we stayed 8 family members, only we had problem with one bathroom and toilet. However, overall we are happy with the property

"Built memories"

Breakfast not included. Location was great but didnt realise it was behind another house. Also felt bad for the people staying in the unit below as the stairs inside were creeky everytime we walked on them. Lots of heaters so we never froze. Shops were close. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Also have to add that the couch and seats inside were uncomfortable. Will definately stay again.

Make it clear if you have to bring linen or not. We travelled from the Naki with our sheets, pillow cases, towels n tea towels only to discover that they were supplied. Also a dryer would be nice.
