The location was great and very convenient to local attractions. It was quite easy to get around to the local beaches and other important areas like Alcobaca, Batalha, Nazare and especially the Grutas was a sight to see.

There was nothing not to like. The area we stayed in was close to local restaurants and cafe's. It was a lovely town.

Lovely, helpful owners who live next door. Very responsive but also respectful of guests’ privacy. New, modern house with fenced yard which was great for our dog. Too cool to use the pool but a nice feature anyway. Very comfortable bed.

The town itself is not that great - nothing really to do there and not very enjoyable to walk around due to the traffic and stray dogs which made our dog very nervous - but it’s only a 10 minute drive to a very nice beach or to Nazare.
