Entire two bedroom house in penrith

The property was clean and well equipped for our 2 night stay. Good location for exploring North Lakes area.

Parking was a little walk away on another residential street. Main bedroom mattress was too soft for me - that’s personal preference though.

loved the location and the accommodation, a few minutes walk from shops castle and pubs

the mattress was very thin on double bed could feel all the springs , so never slept well , shame as bedroom was very cosy .

House is in a great location, walking distance to town centre and major supermarkets. Small garden at rear is nice space. No parking at the property but space available in nearby location is fine. House and kitchen are well equipped, excellent powerful shower. The most comfortable bed I have encountered in a holiday let in a long time.

Had minor issue finding the correct house but that is more the link between the listing on Booking.com and Google maps, no parking/double yellows at the house means you are taking a risk on arrival/departure - wouldn't put me off staying here again

Great location close to town

Beds very uncomfortable and very noisy from outside on street when people walking past. Lounge area quite uncomfortable and couldn’t view TV from the sofa.

The property was poorly kitted out, for example no can opener or grater. The beds were awful it was like trying to sleep on a cobbled street. I had imprints of springs on my back when I got up! There was a horrible smell outside the property the whole time too which meant no windows could be opened. Parking is a major issue, with neighbours being very aggressive even though I only briefly pulled in to unload the car.
