"Best staycation so far, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommended."

Good location - short drive away from both the Ullswater take and Penrith town. Excellent amenities and equipment - the property is fully loaded and very aesthetically decorated. Comfy and luxurious - 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (including 2 en-suites) made it an ideal staycation. The cosy lounge with automatic wood fireplace was a nice place to unwind after a long day out. The hot tub was a star attraction.

Nothing to dislike. Infact the only negative about our trip was the weather (windy and raining in mid Feb) due to which we couldn’t utilise the property to the max. But would be excellent in summer.

Beautiful house! Very clean, everything was just fantastic! Could not fault anything. Location was excellent, Rooms beautiful, bathrooms stunning. Everything was excellent including the hosts who were lovely.

There wasn't anything to not like!

Location. Lovely and clean. Nice and warm. Kitchen has all you need. Comfy beds. Excellent hosts that did everything they could to help. Would definitely stay there again.

The barn was absolutely beautiful perfect place for a family trip away the hosts couldn’t have done more for us the barn had everything and more you thought of everything and nothing was missing! Will definitely be back to this amazing barn
