Very nice property, free parking, friendly hosts. The accommodation was will setup up with a nice simple kitchen area. Convenient location. You do need a car if you stay here. Grocery stores a few restaurants and a bakery within walking distance.

Il Cortile delle Rose is a very nice holiday house. I liked the location which was a perfect starting point for exploring beautiful Umbria. Close to the property are bakery serving delicious sweets and coffee, winery and yau can find small pizza places. The holiday house was very nicely furnished, clean and the kitchen was equipped with all essential’s. The host (Alessandro’s father) was very friendly and helpful, suggesting places to visit, places to park… The air conditioning was working perfectly, which was essential. because we were there during a heat wave, beginning of August. We can highly recommend the place.
