You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property will reach out to guests upon booking for additional information regarding guest stays, including details such as names of guests, gate codes and parking information. Contact the property for more information. Please note this property requires an image of the photo ID or passport of the cardholder making the reservation. The name on the ID must match the name on the credit card. The ID and credit card must be presented at check-in. Please note that if using a third party credit card, the guest must specify in advance of paying. Contact the property for details. The $100 cleaning fee will be collected along with the $300 refundable damage deposit. We cover up to $25/wk (or $35/wk June - September) of power usage. Any additional amount beyond that will be withheld from the security deposit. Guests may instead opt for our all-inclusive rate with unlimited power for an additional $6/nt. charge, although most power overages which only occasionally occur are by no more than $1 or $2/nt.
