The property itself was nice but up a very steep hill

No hot water and no response or refund from the owner. This is a very basic facility you would expect and simply is not acceptable at anytime having paid a lot for one night, but especially after a long journey and with an elderly relative

Fantastic location, well equipped

Overall the property was nice. I would say it was a little tight for 6 adults. Adriana was very helpful and good.

The beds downstairs were extremely firm and could be updated.

The location is good. If you have a large group, and you're not concerned about aesthetics, and have a very small budget, then this is suitable. The terraces were a plus.

VERY cold inside in the winter season. There are 2 heating units, but they worked very poorly, and it took many hours to warm up ONE small bedroom. There was a strong musty smell as there was really no ventilation of any kind. Because it was 8C at night, and 15C (day) it seemed colder inside than outside. The bathroom door was rotted out, a lot of mold in the kitchen along the inside of the exterior wall, and signs were over each toilet asking you to not flush ANY toilet paper. Small garbage cans were provided beside the toilet. Thankfully, we only reserved one night.

It was very clean and it had beautiful views.

We had no hot water. I contacted the host, but did not get any response. It has been over a day since we left so I consider that a complete lack of response since we were trying help out the next guest and not put this on the review. They also need basic improvements like a cutting board in the kitchen and to change out light bulbs so there is light in the entry hall.

The owner was very helpful providing information about the local area. Check in and key access were easy. The view of the river from the terrace is lovely

There was a badly cracked glass in the cupboard and we were lucky that no one used it inadvertently. The wine opener was broken and this in a renown winery area. The coffee maker leaks. Even though the house was clean it was a bit smelly which I think is probably a drainage problem
