Just the living room carpet… stains all over and rubbish under couch x

The location was excellent. The apartment was lovely and clean with everything you need.

Apartment is located on the 1st floor and was clean, comfortable and in good condition. Bathrooms have recently been done. Couldn't get a continuous TV signal so watched Netflix. Just off the town centre was perfect for shopping/eating out and with Booths Supermarket and the CoOp being right there for all other supplies needed. We cooked 3 nights and ate out once. Es Tapas was amazing!!! Parking space just outside, so we left our car there for the full 4 nights stay and didn't need to move it. All walks (Derwent Circular, Catbells, Castlerigg Stone Circles )and shopping done from Fellseeker Keswick. The keys were availabe in the keysafe as advised and all was in order inside so we had no reason to contact the management company. All in all, a good break and would recommend.

With it being town centre, refuse collections and other deliveries start quite early so for light sleepers, ear plugs will see you ok 😴 No scenic views but town centre location was the trade off.

Great location, very comfortable flat, two bathrooms and separate dining room.

The dishwasher tripped a fuse out, which meant we had no boiler for a hot shower. The maintenance guy was quick to come after we rang them, but just turned the dishwasher off and on again at the wall. It temporarily fixed it but it tripped again later. The drainage also needs to be looked at - both toilets were bringing back some of the dirty water flushed away.

Convenient location for Keswick shops and Derwent water. Good range of equipment in flat. Spacious. Comfy beds. Good and responsive communication with Management company. Generally modern and clean interior.

Parking. We couldn’t get the car in or out without having to move the neighbouring business’s large industrial bins. More warning should be given about the parking issue. On our first day we were blocked in by the next door business’ car and had to find the manager to move his car so we could get out. Subsequently we had to move the bins daily! The entrance up flights of stairs and immediately above dustbin area. Also noise from generator (or something) from next door. Business went on all night. Although generally clean- this was surface only. Old coffee pods not removed from machine. Rubbish in bathroom plant (presumably left by previous tenant but not spotted and removed in change over.) Some of the cutlery had been put away dirty and had to be washed before we could use. Old dusty looking throws on beds in twin room. A deep clean is needed. Some general maintenance needed e.g. Carpets quite stained in places and chipped paint and edgings in kitchen and bathrooms. We had no hot water on our first night as boiler not working - however after emails and phone message to Management company a man was sent out and this was remedied with one the hour.

Very comfortable and clean accommodation, with everything we needed for our stay. Excellent location.

When we arrived flat was far too warm for us so we had to turn heating down. Lighting in bedrooms was poor.
