Amazing location and perfect property for exploring Kinsale and the surrounding area. House had everything we needed for our stay.

Curtians , blinds and mattresses were a little tired and potentially could do with replacing in the long run.

"Great location but no WiFi."

Very convenient location, within walking distance of downtown and restaurants. Comfortable beds, nice electric fireplace and washer and dryer.

There was no WiFi available. My bad for not looking at the listing carefully. Very inconvenient if you are trying to use WhatsApp to communicate with others in your group. The upstairs heat where the bedrooms were was not working. Liam had two portable heaters delivered to us that night so we were fine as far as that goes. Also could have some type of coffee maker for guests in the morning. The Cosy Cafe down the street was great but it would be good to have a coffee maker and a little coffee available for guests for at least the first morning of their stay.

Location excellent. Nice fireplace and laundry

A manual about the operation of the house would be helpful. Hard to find as we punched in the coordinates in google maps that lead us to a neighbour’s house a block away

No breakfast. This place was very roomy, with living area downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. This was our first stop and we were jet-lagged, so it was good to have a space to go where we wouldn't disturb the others if we couldn't sleep. Especially useful for the kids, who needed the space to let off all their pent-up energy.

The parking was crazy. Also, we didn't get the message on the keybox codes till the day after we got there. I had to call the owner, and he gave them to me. It wasn't his fault, but why wait so close to arrival time to send the codes? We didn't have an international calling plan and no way to access the Internet so early in our travels.
