Fabio was great, very helpful. Parking inside, huge apartment on the 1st floor, wonderful own botanic garden. During one night only we were not fully able to take all the benefits the accommodation is offering. Recommended 9,5 on Booking.

Mosquitos on the garden, so we could not fully enjoy it despite offered repellent spray.

The apartment is very well kept, large, comfortable beds and very clean. The garden is huge and marvelous, it really made our stay very special.

From the street you’d never know that behind the door is an absolutely beautiful garden and a lovely apartment upstairs. The accommodation is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are comfortable. We were only there for one night before heading to the Naples airport but it would be a great location to explore the area, including Caseros itself. Host Gennaro was kind and responsive - and sent us away with fresh picked lemons from his tree! Secure parking is a great bonus.

I'd give it more than 10 stars, if possible! Fabio, the host, was extremely accommodating and very friendly. He responded immediately to any communication & made a great suggestion for dinner. The apartment is beautiful. The beds were comfortable & the shower had good water pressure & a lot of hot water. It's on the 1st floor, which, in Italy, means you have one flight of steps. It's beautifully decorated with many antiques. The breakfast biscuits & water were a nice touch & Fabio provides coffee and many types of tea. Private parking is behind a locked gate. The gardens are gorgeous, extensive, very well cared for, & would be a great place to eat or just relax with many seating options. When in them it's hard to believe you're in a city! We wished we were there for more than one night and would definitely stay here again!

The host, Fabio, is always available and friendly. The house is traditional with tasty decoration and furniture. We like its hidden garden, very quiet and lovely. Fabio also gave good advices on local dining.

Everything is good.

The apartment was very spacious and the garden is just as lovely as the photos. But the main feature was the host: Fabio was exceedingly helpful in every way, going with me to hire a car locally and assisting us in so many other ways. He really made the difference for our time in Caserta.

This apartment is best suited to those with a car, as it's not so close to key sites. The pillows were harder than we're used to but we also found the same in other Italian apartments. Other than a few light globes needing changing, it was really fantastic and we're very grateful to Fabio for making us feel so welcome.
