Bardzo udany pobyt, tylko za krótki. Właściciel jest bardzo pomocny. Odebrał nas z lotniska, pomógł na miejscu, wszystko wytłumaczył i pokazał. Chętnie tam wrócimy. Dziękujemy Marius i pozdrawiamy.

Mario is one of the best hosts we've ever met and we travel a lot. He was always quick and thorough to answer all my questions. On Christmas day he met us outside the Portici-Ercolano station and walked with us a couple minutes to the apartment bearing some goodies for breakfast and lots of information. The apartment is the most charming and interesting ever. Even though there's only one window, it feels bright and open. We chose the place as a base for Vesuvius, Herculaneum and Pompeii - all easily reached with some walking. The Portici area itself was very interesting and we could have done more if we had more time.

This is best suited for a couple or maybe family with small child as the "master bedroom" is in the kitchen/living room and doesn't offer good privacy. Heat and AC located in kitchen and doesn't heat up bedroom as well with door closed. The meal prep area could be better; It is just suitable for quick, easy meals. Mario warned us about the cooktop but we tripped the circuit whenever the heater was on; we soon learned to turn off the heater when using the cooktop. We were aware of the noise from other reviewers but didn't use the earplugs I brought for the first two nights; noise didn't bother us. However, Saturday night was very noisy until 3am. Bring earplugs.

Marius is the best host! So kind, attentive & helpful. We had a fantastic stay. He picked us up from the station then dropped us back when we were leaving. He even went out of his way to look for restaurant reservations. We had the most amazing view of New Year's Eve fireworks over Napoli bay! Would highly recommend. We will definitely return in the summer

The apartment is very unique, with artistic decoration/paintings. The location is perfect, close to the station, from where you can travel to Napoli. Also, it’s very close to a small beach and a harbour from where you can take a boat to Sorrento or Capri. There is a supermarket nearby and several restaurants and cafetaria’s. Mario is a very friendly, helpful host and we had nice conversations. Thank you Mario!!

Location was awesome. Lots of fun eateries close by. Close to the train station making it convenient to get places.

Super lokalizacja,100 m od dworca, blisko plaży, portu a przede  wszystkim dobrych restauracji,  super pizzerii La Taverna di Pummarola Gourmet. W apartamencie nic nie brakuje. Wszystko co potrzebne do normalnego życia jest na miejscu. Właściciel bardzo życzliwy, pomocny. Przylecieliśmy w godzinach nocnych. Gospodarz wyjechał po nas na lotnisko, obwiózł nas po najważniejszych miejscach do zwiedzania, jedzenia itp Jeździmy trochę po świecie ,  trafić na takiego gospodarza to wielkie szczęście .

L’accueil de Mario, le parking voitures juste à côté et l’emplacement près de la gare ferroviaire et non loin du centre de Portici. La proximité de bars et restaurants.

Le bruit de la rue. L’endroit est très fréquenté et il y a du bruit de la circulation et des passants jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. L’appartement est charmant mais très peux fonctionnel et assez sombre. Les seules fenêtres se trouvent dans la salle de bain. La petite chambre n’a pas de fenêtres du tout - et pas de climatiseur si on ferme les portes - et la grande chambre contient le lit double, la cuisine et la table à manger dans un espace réduit. La pièce a l’entrée est sombre et petite à cause de canoës qui prennent beaucoup de place. Malheureusement la gare ferroviaire était fermée pour travaux et le trajet vers Naples a pris beaucoup plus longtemps que prévu par navette de substitution et train. Cela a gâché un peu notre séjour…
