The ground floor was dirty. ..dust. The aircond in one room not cold. The toilet out of 4..@1 was not cleaned properly. The aircond in living room not cold

The location is perfect for local restaurants & tourists attractions.

The kitchen was not well maintained. The water filter is rusted and the water sink & cutlery was molded.
