The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything needed for a short stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city with easy access to main attractions. The check in and checkout process was simple and the host was friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Everything is well!

Great on all counts. Location is ideal, right next to Via Etnea, close to restaurants and a big supermarket at the back of the building. Everything was spotless clean, all the appliances were working fine and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was always reachable and friendly and made us feel like home. Definitely the first choice if we ever get back to the city.

Nothing I could mention here. Everything went smooth and we were happy with the experience.

modern clean apartment next to the centre, easy check in via code, a budget option, host was responsive heavy traffic & very very noisy from early morning till midnight (even with earplugs) gread design and spaceous, with small balcony all around, 2nd floor in a 2-storrey house facing the street, spring matress (Ikea style) got very uncomfortable after 2 nights, couch is not a sleeping option uncomfortable high chairs to kitchen table, incomplete basis kitchenware ( no knife, no proper pan, no bowl for a salad, etc) - not exactly cooking friendly and with the noise not cozy to eat at the apartment Looks good, i didnt feel good there i have checked out early due to not feeling good, asked for a refund, the host didnt manage to provide any - he got into explainatory mode, I then discontinued communication

very comfortable apartments equipped with everything necessary for a long stay. excellent location: within walking distance of the botanical garden and the city center, but away from noisy streets. the friendly and hospitable host left useful tips and goodies. I recommend!

The flat is amazing. Full-equipped (kitchen with oven and all necessary details and bathroom with washing machine) and beautiful appartement with a lot of modern details. Paolo is a fantastic host, totally involved in all our problems and helped with all requests. Don’t try to find anything better, highly recommend
