The apartment is big enough for a family. There is a view of the ocean from the balcony. The bedrooms are quite small but can be worked with. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge.

The apartment is really far away from the nearest bus stop. The walk is not safe at all, there were times when we were walking at the side of a highway with a stroller, in pitch dark. It's good if you have a car of your own. There is no washing machine which might be a problem if you are on a long trip with kids.
