Leider war es kalt im Badezimmer und die Handtücher konnten nicht richtig trockenen 30 min von Ravello entfernt Teurer Shuttleservice (one way) Parken ist schwierig

We booked this accommodation using the accessibility filters, as I am recovering from a broken leg & required safe access and a proper swimming pool to swim in which just helps with the physio being had @ home in the UK. We then based the decision to stay here on these filters & this property was recommended to us, but it was completely unsuitable and misleading. Key issues encountered: # The drive to the property is extremely steep. # Access to most rooms requires climbing steps, making it inaccessible for anyone with mobility issues. # The “pool” is not a proper swimming pool — more like a large paddling pool, not clean, and does not match the listing photos. Somebody has also put on Trip Adsvisor that the pool is a scam so beware i am genuinely not sure why it is listed as a pool. For some guests if you didn't 'need' it then fine but to us it was essential for reasons already explained. # The walk into Ravello is along a steep, poorly lit road, which is unsafe. It is not a 'safe' walk so why they say it is is not acceptable. (The place is on the edge of very steep hills just to be realistic here) On arrival, even the owners acknowledged that the property was not accessible. They offered us a lift into Ravello, which demonstrates they knew the property was unsuitable. However, we did not require a lift; we had a car we just needed accommodation we could safely stay in & a usable pool. By the time we had understood this place was unsuitable it was 8 pm & we were left with nowhere to stay. Despite this, we were told the booking was non-refundable, causing considerable stress/inconvenience. We understand the concept of non refundable on a sale that is accurate, but given that we specifically relied on accessibility filters & the property info, it was all misrepresented.

We love the property and the views

Amazing view and hospitality. A little slice of paradise, the location is perfect, rooms perfectly clean with all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Thanks to the owner's hospitality, we feel right at home!

Keine Kritik. Die Unterkunft liegt außerhalb des Orts und ein eigenes Fahrzeug ist hilfreich.
