The Loft - Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages

Spacious - 3 good sized bedrooms plus a large upstairs living space. Polite, proactive agent contact plus in person. Leiston is a pleasant, interesting small town and only a couple of miles from the coast.

Kitchen area is short of worktop space. Living room lighting, especially for kitchen, was too dim for us.

Clean and well equipped

The hot water ran out after three showers and five adults were staying in a six bed place.

The tap in the bathroom only worked on shower mode. Although someone was apparently sent out it was not repaired Also very musty smell in en suite bathroom I would have liked a few more up to date information pamphlets / walk ideas etc on the area

The penthouse was clean and modern and fulfilled our requirements. Three good size rooms, one en suite, which made it ideal for our family members who were staying there.

I personally found the key safe a little awkward, but I havn't used one before, so might be just getting used to it. This is being very pickey though, the accommodation was excellent.

Really good size for a family of 4 and will easily accommodate 6. Off road parking space. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure for showers. Fast WiFi. Nice balcony. Quiet location. Felt very safe Communal areas of building very well kept. We would stay again.

- Unable to open master bedroom Juliet balcony door because it was stuck at the bottom right hand corner. - Living room balcony was also difficult but did open.

Nice comfortable clean duplex apartment. Well kitted out.

Bedroom windows would benefit from black out blinds behind the curtains and probably should have safety catches on.
