Lovely area and beautiful home. Very comfortable for two couples, the two bathrooms were great.

Parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to go further to find a space but not a big deal

Geräumige Unterkunft mit passablem Innenhof.

Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen, sieht abgewohnt aus und war bei unserer Ankunft auch eher oberflächlich geputzt. Der Pool war dreckig und aufgrund technischer Störung nicht nutzbar. Gleichzeitiges Duschen in den Bädern nicht möglich, Wasserdruck oben kaum vorhanden. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ok. Die Bilder sind definitiv schon älter.

Děkujeme za příjemný pobyt u vás. Dům byl perfektně vybavený, čistý a útulný. Velice se nám líbilo vkusné řešení domu. Užívali jsme si prosluněnou kuchyni vybavenou kávovarem a dalšími potřebnými pomůckami. Díky klimatizaci i topení nám u vás bylo příjemně, přestože jsme zde byli v únoru. Ideální destinace na cestování po celé Mallorce, všude to je relativně blízko.

Can Raixa is a lovely authentic town house, with loads of space, and equipped with all the mod cons you need for a relaxing holiday. The property was located right on the northern edge of Lloseta, and very easy to find. Lloseta is a great location for a base, to explore Mallorca, very easy to get to anywhere on the island. Lloseta also has a railway station which is 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. The town was quite quiet, but if we felt we wanted more going on, then we went to Palma on the train or drove to to one of the more lively towns on the island.

Parking a car can be a bit tricky, as there in no parking outside of the accommodation. We always managed to park, but sometimes it was a few minutes walk from Can Raixa.
