Spacious 3 BR near skyline-5 min walk

Tidy and well-maintained. Really good heating and hot water.

Nothing to fault. Laundry light bulb needs replacing, but we were fine without one.

Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds to sleep on, close to the attractions.

As there was no dishwasher, it is so hard to wash the dishes because the hot and cold taps were separate. The electric stove was not working good so it took long time to cook our food even if there are 4 elements. We did not find extra tea towels to use, no TV channels to watch and vacuum cleaner was not working.

Excellent location to skyline and redwoods, the beddings are comfortable. And the space is also suitable for two families.

The oven is dirty and not ready to use. Other utensils need to be updated.

Nice and spacious place. Lovely for a longer stay due to having everything you might need.

A/C in the bedroom would be nice, was a bit hot during the day. In the night it got better though.

Place was clean and bed was comfortable. specious bedrooms. Easy entrance lock, no hastle to keep the keys. Heaters and fan provided which can use according to weather. Bathroom and toilet was clean.

1. Main imp. thing which needs to be bring into host's attention that is lawn moving which had not been done. The grass was really high. we had kids with us. Then lawn mover arrived after 2 hours for cut the lawn. He had 3 kids with him., They were wandering around the house. It was completely disturbance and privacy issue. Because of lawn mover noise we had to leave for few hours, our kids wants to sleep. kids who were came with lawn mover, they keep on asking us personal questions like whats ur name? where r u going? when u will come back? will you come back or not etc etc. 2. Gas stove working very slow. 3. Host wants us to empty the bins as well. They left the note there. why? we are not cleaners why we paid? 4. Kitchen taps should be replaced it was too close to sink which was really hard to wash the dishes. another thing because of 2 taps one was too much hot water and other other too cold.

Lovely, clean and spacious! Our host was so thoughtful with lots of little touches to make our stay comfortable. He checked in with us halfway through our stay and the location was perfect.
