"Good cottage not too far from town"

Great house. Very appreciative of the kitchen and laundry facilities. Beds were very comfortable. Good location. Lovely hosts. Keyless entry was a huge plus. Was pretty quiet at night.

Just keep in mind there’s one big bed and three king singles, so if you have more than one couple, you’ll have to tousle for the big bed. There is also no ensuite, which is not a problem for us, but could be for people with access needs.

Clean, comfortable, warm, cosy and a handy location to all the activities in Rotorua. The beds were so comfortable.

Amazing views, great location. The house was neat and clean with a lovely fresh look. Lots of little touches by the owner to make you feel comfortable and your stay enjoyable. Off street parking at back of house for easy loading and unloading. Thank you very much.
