Karen was there to greet us when we arrived. A very friendly and warm welcome. Everything was explained to us upon arrival - i.e how to set hot tub up etc

The accommodation wasn’t as private as I thought it would be but a fabulous location.

Friendly and welcoming. Well equipped and couldn’t fault the facilities.

Parking was difficult in the evenings, so had to park a street over. Not the end of the world though!

Nice clean flat. Confortable.

No coffee provided. Were not shown how to lock front door how to use the shower. We were not told events could be on Saturday night 2 doors away. The event had extremely loud music that started at 4pm and was continuous until midnight. We would not have booked this place knowing this.
