City Views on Rattray

Phil the owner came to give us the keys and show us around. The independent house with its own car park , is bang in the centre of the city , just a short walk to all restaurants. The duplex house at the street level where the car port is , opens up to 3 bedrooms, one of them with a king size bed. One bathroom and WC separate. One floor lower was the lounge area with the fireplace and TV, Kitchen and dining room and a kids room. One self contained bathroom below. The house was gorgeous and very tastefully decorated with lots of art pieces and paintings and succulent plants in pots everywhere. But the piece de résistance was the observatory outside the master bedroom. Made fully of glass , both walls and roof the views were stunning - the sea , church and lots of greenery. Very neat and clean, kitchen with good quality gadgets, pots, pans and crockery cutlery. Phil had thoughtfully left some milk and breakfast cereals which was a nice welcoming touch

House is good and spacious, all facilities are good

Heater is not working very well, feel a bit of cold at night

The apartment was light, clean and spacious. The small conservatory was a lovely space for coffee and looking over the city. Brochures and a very helpful owner gave us ideas for how to spend time, where to shop and eat, etc. We were welcomed with milk in the fridge, freshly ground coffee, some supplies in the pantry and powder for the washing machine. A fabulous addition was the “just in case” box full of needles and thread, buttons and other things to make small but necessary repairs.

The street can be extremely noisy at night.

The whole caboodle. Fantastic location. Fabulously appointed. Very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Lovely woodfire heater.....

Nothing

The property was so clean. Maybe the cleanest place I’ve stayed in. Not a spot of dust. Even behind the doors :) The cereal and spreads were a nice touch. All the furniture was comfy.

The view, the facilities, the comfort. This is a gem only 1 minute drive from the octagon. Phil and Fiona where very friendly and the communication was great.

It was really good and our whole family loved it, the views were good and it was really clean and had everything we needed. The house was very big as well and had a good location

Everything was pretty good so there isn’t much to say in this area 😊

This home is exceptionally well-equipped and exceeded our expectations. Bonus you can walk to the City Centre!
