Great views over the harbour. Out of the bustle of the city, but still nice and close. Nicely renovated.

The only minor downside was the couch was very uncomfortable and covered in stains.

The house was spacious with good facilities. Good location and excellent value for money

One of us has a mobility issue. The outside first step, up to the back entrance, was a loose concrete block and a potential hazard. The first step was too high. Also, a hand rail for these steps would have been helpful.

Beautiful views and not far from main areas of Dunedin.

Not didnโ€™t like - but just a few suggestions - maybe a small table that seats four, as no real eating area and a clothes dryer or some pegs so that clothes donโ€™t get blown away on the foldaway line!
