The hot tub was great and loved the garden area. The open plan living fitted our family well and the location was good.

Wasn't easy from the car in the dark to find the house, a larger house name/number would help, easier to find in the daytime.

The accommodation was advertised a three bed house and that's what we were expecting to have. On arrival we soon found two bedrooms locked and only one to be used, so it's assumed you travel with partner and in my case it was my daughter so had to sleep on the sofa downstairs.

Description of the property,location not suitable for anyone not able to walk up steep steps,view of neighbours rear garden from window on stairs was of a builders/storage yard,did not feel safe in the area.

Finding the property and parking was easy. We did have a bit of trouble with the key safe til we realised there were 2! Once we saw the second keysafe the code we had been given worked fine. Our own fault, but maybe if the description had said the keysafe at the front door we might have found it sooner. Host was able to send a neighbour round to help quickly.

A few bulbs were out, and we took bad with the lack of curtains and blinds. In fact we didnt use the family bathroom as we felt a bit exposed with a big window and just privacy glass - maybe we are just a bit shy?!
