Country cottage with private garden close to beach

Very private and cosy. Easy reach to many of the local attractions. Car or bike needed though if you are not able to walk a great distance. But this does apply to most areas of Jersey. There is a bus that stops right at the end of the driveway so this is a bonus. Leave the car and explore by bus.

Property was neatly tucked away, the hosts very detailed instructions and photos came in handy arriving just as it had got dark. The lights had been left on to greet us, which was a nice welcome. Once inside hubby was so impressed he said I had 'dun good' lol Even if there was no dishwasher. it was easy to drive to St Ouens beach and explore the island. Not far from anywhere.

I didn't read the description properly and didn't realise there wasn't a dishwasher nor washing machine. We liked to cook at home so the dishwasher is important to the washer upper (hubby!) :) I bought him dinner. Also we had been travelling a couple of weeks by then and would have liked to do some washing. There is more traffic on Jersey than one would expect. Leave a little more time to get places if you have a booking during the prime traffic hours.
