the hole layout of the place was excellent. lovley and bright with plenty of space to relax.

The parking is a it ocword and tight for bigger vehicles and you have to be careful pulling out on to the road.

Lovely well kept property,very clean and had everything you needed . Highly recommended! Nice to have a balcony, lovely sea views too.

The noise from the road where the property is located and in particular the early delivery/collections to/from the surrounding hotels was extremely loud!

Great apartment, nice layout with a lovely view of the bay. Well fitted out and very comfortable.

Bit noisy during the hotel (across the road) bin collection in the early hours.

spacious, comfortable and well equipped

could have done with a shower in the master bedroom. it was a little bit but noisy if the windows were open due to the road.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious for a family. It had everything we needed. I liked the style & decor, modern but homely. Lots of useful 'extras' from airfryer to phone charger, wine cooler and cocktail making kit! Location was great in terms of accessing St Ives, 10-15 minute stroll (downhill) brought us to the center of town. The nearby beach is stunning.

The road is busy & there was traffic noise most of the day/evening. Only a bath in the master en-suite. A shower attachment would be useful.
