Manderley Penthouse

Great, comfortable space with an amazing view. Good location for getting to all the attractions in St Ives and elsewhere in the area.

The wifi was a bit spotty, and some hand soap at least in the bathroom would have been much appreciated.

The location is perfect, the accommodation is very up to date with the decor, and emaculate on arrival and all we required was there 😁👍

Modern but small penthouse, good for couples, great location and view

Parking ! only suitable for very small car. Space is for two so requires both to be small and first in best dressed! Cars allowed to park opposite entrance make it impossible or very difficult to access space. Paid parking nearby but adds to cost.

The accommodation was excellent. The agents, on behalf of the host, were in regular contact via email so we knew all the information we needed prior to arrival. The view from the velour window in the lounge looks on to the bay, which was amazing. The Penthouse was very clean, comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. Essential extras were included for a stay in a self catering accommodation. The accommodation is a little high up so consider the walking aspect which is downhill on the way into St Ives and up hill back. We found it doable with little fitness level.

The WiFi was 2.4 GHZ and was very slow so if you are counting on it for your stay, then probably not a good idea.

Great location, within walking distance to centre of St Ives. Lovely apartment, clean, well decorated and finished to a high standard. Great views of the harbour.

There was a designated parking space, but the fact that other cars parked opposite meant that it was very difficult to manoeuvre into and out of with a medium size car.
