Mavericks

Amazing location right next to the Tate St Ives and a short walk into the town centre. Wonderful layout and space. Lots of room for everyone; we stayed with two couples and it was very easy to get together or stay out of each others' way, as we felt the need. Lots of books, games, DVDs etc. to keep you occupied if the weather turns.

Parking is a bit of a mess. I could have been made much clearer that the parking space for the property is not outside the property, but located about 100m away in the same street. The couches and seats are all low-back and I find them very uncomfortable. A high-back chair or couch would be ideal. There were Blu-Rays on the shelves but no Blu-Ray player; the player was DVD only, so that was a bit odd.

It was bigger than we expected, very luxurious, clean and in an idea location.

The property accommodation was so beautifully presented, well appointed, very comfortable and larger than expected.

Don't be put off by photos of the exterior! Access to car parking space was narrow so we decided to park in the car park opposite which was fine and relatively inexpensive. Check in at 5pm felt late but we asked for an earlier check in and were called on the day to say we could enter the property roughly 1.5 hours beforehand which was really helpful.

The house was clean, warm And very comfortable. Loved the decor.

Location/comfort/well equipped kitchen/plenty of bathrooms/TV & Books/Radio/Handy coat/shoe storage at the door

The door handle of the bathroom on the first floor double was loose and came off. It took a while to understand where the bins were (ie not out the front) Salt and pepper would have been handy Not a complaint at all but it's a pity the bedrooms that face the sea don't give a view of the sea from the bed

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the beach and Tate St Ives.

Everything was perfect. Weather could have been better but that isn't in Mavericks' control!

We loved the house, it was very comfortable, fantastic nights sleep & eveything in it you could possibly want for your stay. Loved all the books, games & dvd’s! Would definitely stay again. In fact it was so well equipped you could just move in. We wish! We would love this house!
