GBIt is furnished to a high specification and has a beautiful view and parking space. Within a 5 minute walk you are in the centre/at the beaches.
The property was so peaceful until the last day when there were others in the flat above. A lot of loud noise from walking around could be heard from the second bedroom which woke my children up early.
GBThe entire experience was excellent - the facilities were so clean and luxurious and the location was incredible. We stayed in flat 1 which was the ground floor and it did not disappoint with stunning sea views from every window. We have been visiting St.ives for 10 years now and stumbled across this beautiful property as part of a last minute booking for the end of August and cannot believe how lucky we were. The location is just a few steps away from the centre of St.Ives and we woke every morning watching the sun rise over St.Ives harbour from the front terrace we had access to. Another added bonus to this property is that parking is included which is like gold dust in the centre of st.ives meaning we didnt ever have to drive around given that everything was on our doorstep - particularly with the train station a couple of steps away giving us access to Carbis Bay, Hayle, Penzance and beyond. I cannot explain enough how beautiful this property is and (for whatever reason) the page states children are not allowed but we checked this with the owner who was more than willing to accommodate our 1 year old who stood in the window watching the sunset over St.Ives on more than one occasion. Everything was included for our stay and the generous starter pack offered to people staying really helped set us off from the get go - we bumped into one of the housekeepers during our stay who was also so lovely and every other family we bumped into staying at the other flats within Summer Salt were loving their time there. Will definitely be back!
