Location excellent Family room and kitchen amazing Great resources

Had to make two fall outs, one for jammed plug and second as normal hot water. Both addressed straight away. Beds in top floor right hand side room have extremely soft mattresses , could feel bed structure. Other beds lovely.

"A wonderful stay in a fantastic family house close to the High Street"

Fantastic location close to beach, shops, restaurants and pubs and lovely walks Spacious house for our family Very well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery etc for a large group Good quality accommodation, fixtures and fittings Excellent utility/loading area where we could unload car and also keep buggies, beach things, trolleys etc Enough keys for 3 families 2 very useful courtyards to sit and have a drink/coffee/entertain small people

Just a small thing -a ventilation fan in the double downstairs bedroom would help with airing towels etc An en suite in the middle double would make the house perfection!

Very well equipped kitchen, useful to have 2 fridges, and nice touches with coffee machine etc. there was plenty of crockery and nice mugs etc. We enjoyed using the nice balconies etc to use, and it was useful to have storage room for luggage etc.

Parking situation is tricky especially as we had a family member with limited mobility. Noisy at night from nearby venues.

Perfect location in the centre of Swanage. Great facilities - loved the two little outdoor seating areas and the large versatile utility room which was great for keeping bikes and outdoor gear. Clean, well equipped kitchen, beautifully presented house and a lovely welcome pack on arrival. Would love to visit again. Thank you.

The property needs to install sensor operated ‘low level night lighting’ on the landings without delay. In a property designed for groups, it’s unlikely that people will want to switch on the main room and landing lights at night for fear of disrupting others’ sleep; the landing spaces are small and stairs steep, so this presents a real risk in the dark. Sensor operated night lights would solve this issue and avoid the risk of serious accident.
